On February 20th, I spoke at the Charlotte SQL Server User Group, giving a new presentation: "Fix Slow Queries. Fast."

This session was largely a walk-through of the various query tuning techniques I've learned over the years, along with several demos of making pain points in execution plans obvious using SentryOne Plan Explorer (they were mostly from the Demo Kit).
